سیاست حریم خصوصی اوج

اوج (ir.owjfit.app) یک دفترچهٔ تمرین آفلاین است. این صفحه توضیح می‌دهد اپ چه داده‌ای را کجا نگه می‌دارد. خلاصه: تمرین‌ها و اطلاعات بدن شما هرگز از دستگاهتان خارج نمی‌شوند.
داده‌هایی که روی دستگاه شما می‌ماند
تمرین‌ها، ست‌ها، برنامه‌ها، وزن‌کشی‌ها، اندازه‌های بدن، یادداشت‌ها، عکس‌های پیشرفت و تنظیمات فقط در حافظهٔ همان دستگاه (یا در نسخهٔ وب، در حافظهٔ همان مرورگر) ذخیره می‌شوند. اوج سرور و حساب کاربری ندارد و این داده‌ها را برای هیچ‌کس، از جمله ما، نمی‌فرستد.
فایل پشتیبانی که از «تنظیمات ← داده و پشتیبان» می‌سازید فقط جایی می‌رود که خودتان انتخاب کنید.
گزارش خطا و آمار استفاده (فقط اپ اندروید و آیفون)
برای پیدا کردن و رفع باگ‌ها، اپ موبایل از Firebase Crashlytics و Firebase Analytics (سرویس‌های گوگل) استفاده می‌کند:
- گزارش خطا: وقتی اپ به خطا می‌خورد، شرح فنی خطا، مدل دستگاه و نسخهٔ سیستم‌عامل فرستاده می‌شود.
- آمار استفاده: نام صفحه‌هایی که باز می‌شوند (بدون شناسهٔ حرکت یا تمرین)، شروع و پایان یک تمرین و تعداد رکوردهای آن جلسه.
هیچ وزنه، تکرار، وزن بدن، عکس یا نوشته‌ای در این گزارش‌ها نیست. این گزینه به‌طور پیش‌فرض روشن است و از «تنظیمات ← داده و پشتیبان ← ارسال گزارش استفاده و خطا» خاموش می‌شود. نسخهٔ وب هیچ‌کدام از این‌ها را ندارد.
اعلان‌ها
یادآور تمرین و پایان استراحت روی خود دستگاه زمان‌بندی می‌شوند. اپ موبایل ممکن است از طریق Firebase Cloud Messaging پیام‌های عمومی (مثل خبر نسخهٔ جدید) دریافت کند؛ برای این کار یک شناسهٔ اعلان بی‌نام ساخته می‌شود و می‌توانید اجازهٔ اعلان را در تنظیمات گوشی ببندید.
تصاویر حرکات
تصویر و انیمیشن هر حرکت بار اولی که آن را باز می‌کنید از سرور فایل اوج دانلود و بعد روی دستگاه نگه داشته می‌شود. این درخواست مثل باز کردن هر عکسی در اینترنت است و هیچ اطلاعاتی از تمرین شما همراهش نمی‌رود.
Health Connect (اندروید)
اگر خودتان اجازه دهید، اوج تمرین‌های تمام‌شده و وزن بدن را در Health Connect گوشی می‌نویسد. اوج چیزی از Health Connect نمی‌خواند.
کودکان
اوج عمداً اطلاعات شخصی هیچ کاربری، از جمله کودکان، را جمع نمی‌کند.
پاک کردن داده‌ها
«تنظیمات ← داده و پشتیبان ← بازنشانی همه‌چیز» یا حذف اپ (در وب: پاک کردن داده‌های سایت) همهٔ داده‌ها را از دستگاه پاک می‌کند. چون چیزی روی سرور ما نیست، چیز دیگری برای پاک کردن باقی نمی‌ماند.

Owj privacy policy

Owj (ir.owjfit.app) is an offline training log. This page explains what data the app keeps and where. In short: your workouts and body data never leave your device.
Data that stays on your device
Workouts, sets, plans, weigh-ins, body measurements, notes, progress photos and settings are stored only on that device (in the web app, in that browser). Owj has no server and no accounts, and sends this data to no one, including us.
A backup file you create in Settings → Data & backup goes only where you choose to put it.
Crash reports and usage statistics (Android and iPhone apps only)
To find and fix bugs, the mobile app uses Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics (Google services):
- Crash reports: when the app hits an error, a technical description of it, the device model and the OS version are sent.
- Usage statistics: the names of screens opened (without exercise or workout ids), and that a workout was started or finished with the number of records it set.
These reports contain no weights, reps, body weight, photos or text. They are on by default and can be turned off in Settings → Data & backup → Send usage and crash reports. The web app has none of this.
Notifications
Workout reminders and rest timers are scheduled on the device itself. The mobile app may receive general announcements (such as a new version) through Firebase Cloud Messaging, which uses an anonymous notification token; you can turn notifications off in your phone's settings.
Exercise pictures
Each exercise's picture and animation is downloaded from Owj's file server the first time you open it, then kept on the device. The request is like loading any image on the web and carries nothing about your training.
Health Connect (Android)
If you allow it, Owj writes finished workouts and body weight to Health Connect on your phone. Owj does not read from Health Connect.
Children
Owj does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Deleting your data
Settings → Data & backup → Reset everything, or uninstalling the app (on the web: clearing the site's data), deletes all data from the device. Since nothing is on our servers, there is nothing else to delete.
